How to Activate Tennessee Way to Go Card
To activate your Tennessee Way to Go Card and start receiving Child Support payments, call the toll-free Way2Go Card TN Child Support Number at 1-855-462-5888. Activate your Way2Go Card Tennessee by creating a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your Go Program account.
To create your 4-digit PIN, you will be asked to provide:
- Tennessee Way2Go Debit MasterCard® Number
- Last 4-digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Once complete, you will be asked to select your four (4) digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will be asked to enter your PIN a second time for verification.
Please note: You cannot access or receive your child support payments until you have successfully activated your Tennessee Way2Go Card and registered your PIN.
Tennessee Way2Go Prepaid MasterCard® Fraud Prevention
Occasionally the Way2Go fraud prevention team may call you to verify if a specific transaction. If they do call you, they will NEVER ask for your Social Security Number (SSN) or PIN number. Do not provide that information to anyone over the phone.
If you are unsure if a call is legitimate, hang up and call the Way2Go toll-free customer service phone number at 1-855-462-5888. They will be able to verify if the information request pertaining to your Tennessee Child Support Card is legitimate.

Tennessee Child Support Login
If you are currently enrolled in Tennessee Child Support and need help logging into your online account, we can help. Your TN Child Support online account can be used to manage your user profile, manage your electronic payment card account (Way2Go Card Tennessee), manage direct deposit, repay an overpayment, and make a payment.
Login your TN Child Support Card Online Account by visiting the Tennessee Child Support Login Page. Once on the page, click the “User Login” link, then enter your Tennessee Child Support User ID. After that, click the “Login” button to gain access to your Tennessee Child Support account.

The TN Way2Go Prepaid MasterCard® provides two (2) FREE ATM Cash Withdrawals at “out-of-network” ATM locations per month. After your two free, you are charged a $0.95 fee for each ATM Cash Withdrawal at an “out-of-network” ATM location.
For Bank Teller Cash Withdrawals, the Way2Go Card Tennessee provides FREE unlimited bank teller withdrawals at MasterCard® Member Bank or Credit Union teller windows.
Tennessee Way2Go Card Transaction Fees & Charges
Additional fees associated with the Way to Go Card TN include:
- $5.00 fee for each Tennessee Way2Go Card replacement
- $10.00 fee for expedited 3-5 business day replacement card delivery
There are NO Fees for Tennessee Way to Go Card online balance inquiries or transaction history requests, reoccurring bank account transfers, in-network ATM transactions, point-of-sale purchase transactions, cardholder alerts, or deposit notifications.

Please be aware that there are current reports of phishing emails, cell phone text messages, and vishing phone calls that are intended to obtain personal and/or card information. Phishing and vishing is a type of scam designed to steal your personal information.
We will never request any of your personal information such as Social Security Number, Way2Go Card Number or PIN through our website. We highly recommend that you DO NOT respond to requests like these.
Being informed is your best defense. If you believe your Tennessee Child Support Card has been compromised, please call Tennessee Child Support Card Customer Service as soon as possible. Submitting a request to report your card as lost or stolen will help to protect your Tennessee Child Support payments.
Way2Go Tennessee Card Expiration
The Tennessee Way2Go Card by Debit MasterCard® is good for three (3) years. If your card is about to expire, a new CA Child Support Card will be mailed to you 30-days before the expiration date listed on your card.
If your mailing address has changed since your card was issued, call the TN Way2Go Card Customer Service phone number at 1-800-838-6911. Additionally, you can login your TN Way to Go Card online account on the GoProgram website to update your mailing address. Your new Tennessee Way2Go Card cannot be forwarded to your new address. If they do not have your correct address, you may experience delays in receiving your child support payments.
