Customer Service is the biggest eppicard complaints we get from card holders. The issue is how to get a live person on the phone. We have received reports that even though all the state eppicard programs display toll free numbers, it’s close to impossible to speak to a real person.
We are going to use this page to share tips and tricks from other eppicard holders about how they have been able to reach customer service. To get the EPPICard customer service number for your state, click here, and select your state from the list or drop down menu. Then follow the instructions below to talk to a live person.

How to get Eppicard customer service live person
When you dial the EPPICard toll free number (the number on the back of your card), do not press any button on your phone. Wait until it repeats itself about 4 times and says call back later or wait for a customer service representative. After several minutes (yes, several minutes), you are likely to get someone to pick up. Essentially, once you dial the number, don’t do anything else, just wait on the phone and let the phone go through all the greetings and messages several times, after that, just wait and see if someone picks up.

Speak with a live person at EPPICard Customer Service:
- Dial the Toll-Free Phone Number on the back of your EPPICard
- Wait – DO NOT Enter any additional numbers when prompted
- After a few minutes, someone will answer and add you to a call que
- When you are next in the que, a customer service representative will pick up and you’ll be able to speak with a live person about your EPPICard
If ALL ELSE Fails, Do this:
If you try every trick in the book and are still unable to get EPPICard live customer service, we suggest you contact the department in your home state in charge of the Child Support or Unemployment Benefits and file a complaints about EPPICard customer service. Since they are responsible for paying the EPPICard provider, if they get enough complaints, they will have to act.
