Step 1 – Visit the Go Program website
The first thing you need to do when trying to complete your Way2Go Card Tennessee login is visit the Go Program Way2Go Card website at www.goprogram.com.
Step 2 – Enter your TN Way2Go Card User ID
Once on the Go Program website, enter your TN Way2Go User ID in the login section then click the green “Login” button.
Forgot your Tennessee Way2Go Card User ID?
If you have forgotten your Way2Go Card Tennessee User ID, click this link to recover your User ID information. You will be asked to provide your 16-digit TN Way2Go Card Number and 3-digit CVV. Please have that information ready.
Step 3 – Enter your Tennessee Way2Go Password
Next, enter your Way2Go Tennessee Password and click the green “Login” button. If successfully logged in, you will be take to your Way2Go Card homepage. You will be able to view your current Tennessee child support or unemployment benefits balance and recent transaction history.

How to Create a TN Way2Go Card Account
To access your Tennessee Child Support Card orTennessee Unemployment Debit Card payments online, you must first create an account if you do not already have one. Follow the instructions for help setting up your Tennessee Way2Go Card online account.
Step 1 – Visit the Go Program website
The first thing you need to do when creating a Way2Go Card Tennessee account to access your child support or unemployment payments is to go to the Go Program Way2Go Card website at www.goprogram.com.
Step 2 – Register your Account
Once on the Way2Go Card homepage, click the “Register your Account” button below the login.
Step 3 – Enter your Tennessee Way2Go Card Information
You will be taken a new page where you will be asked to enter your 16-digit TN Way2Go Debit Card number. Additionally, you will be asked to provide your 3-digit CVV located on the back of your Way2Go Card Tennessee. Once complete, click the green “Continue” button.

Step 4 – Verify your Identity
Once you have entered the correct card information, you will be required to verify who you are. To do this, you will be asked to provide your:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Valid Email Address

Step 5 – Create your Tennessee Way2Go Login Information
Next, you will be able to setup the login information that you will use to gain access to your TN Way2Go Debit Card account. Please create your User ID and Password.
Your User ID must consist of 6 to 8 alphanumeric characters (letters and/or numbers). Your Password must be 8 to 16 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) and include all of the following:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- One or more numbers
When complete, you can move on to the last step in the account creation process.
Step 6 – Choose your Security Questions
The last and final step when creating your Tennessee Way2Go Card account is to set your account security questions. These will be used to regain access to your account, should you ever lose or misplace your login information.
When complete, you should be taken to a confirmation page. Congratulations! You have now successfully registered your online account to access your Tennessee child support or unemployment benefit payments. You can now view your current benefits and Way2Go Card balance and transaction history online.
