Step 1 – Visit the ReliaCard website
The first thing you need to do when logging into your online unemployment account is visit the ReliaCard website at www.usbankreliacard.com.
Step 2 – Enter your ReliaCard Account Information
Once on the website, enter your 16-digit ReliaCard User ID and Password Information. Afterwards, click the blue “Login” button to be taken to your Unemployment Debit Card online account.

Create a ReliaCard Online Unemployment Account

Step 1 – Visit the ReliaCard website
Visit the U.S. Bank ReliaCard website at www.usbankreliacard.com.
Step 2 – Create User Account
Click the blue “Create User Account” link located below the Login section.
Step 3 – Enter ReliaCard Information
Enter your 16-digit Unemployment Debit Card Number on the front of your ReliaCard. Afterwards, click the “Next” button.
Step 4 – Verify your Identity
Next you’ll be asked to verify your identity. To do so, you must provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth.
Step 5 – Create Login Information
Proceed by creating your ReliaCard Online Account User ID and Password. This information will be used to login to your online unemployment account.
Step 6 – Register Security Questions

The quickest way is to use your mobile device to log in to verify.usbank.com/id. Then, upload a picture of your government-issued ID and a selfie. They’ll verify your identity and remove the block within one to two business days.
How to Unblock ReliaCard Online
You may also remove the block on the cardholder website.
- Log in to your ReliaCard account.
- Select “Document Upload” under Quick Links.
- Select “Account Restriction – Need Additional Information“.
- Press the “Begin” button.
- Upload all of the required documents listed in the instructions.
How long does is take to have my ReliaCard unblocked?
It may take up to five business days to unlock your account by uploading your documents via the cardholder website. If your card is still blocked after 5-business days, please try uploading your verification documents again.
What is the ReliaCard Account and Routing Number?
Currently, ReliaCard for unemployment benefits does not have an account or routing number. The issuing bank, U.S. Bank is the only source that can load funds onto your ReliaCard.
