If you have an EPPICard, either for Unemployment Benefits, Child Support Payments, Medicaid, Child Care, Foster Card or TANF and would like to check the balance on your card, we can help. In this post, we will walk you through the process for checking the balance your EPPICard.

To check the balance on your Eppicard, you need to follow these steps:
1. Log-into your www.eppicard.com Account. If you don’t know how to log-into your account, click here. It should look like the page below. If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset.
2. If you have not yet created your account, click on the “New User” link and follow the instructions. You will see a page like the one below:
Once you log-in successfully, you should be able to view your account balance and check transaction history. You should also be able to see the pending transactions that are yet to post to your account.
Review all transactions carefully to make sure there are no unauthorized charges. This is also a good practice to make sure that you don’t overdraw your account.
Yes, you may check your balance at an ATM. You will receive a printed receipt of your current balance. Be sure to review the Program Materials for your card as there may be a fee charged for this service.
