Note that Georgia Eppicard Customer Service is warning cardholders of suspicious phishing emails that are from people trying to scam card holders. Phishing is a type of scam designed to steal your personal information. Note that EPPicard will never request your personal information such as social security number, card number or PIN through emails or via a phone call.

Please be aware that lots of cardholders have complained of long waiting times when trying to speak with a human. Others have had difficulty speaking to a live person. That is because when you call, the auto attendant picks up and it is almost impossible to get past the automated recording to speak to a human.
