How to Login FL Way2Go Card Online Account
Follow the instructions below to successfully complete your Way2Go Florida login.
Step 1 – Visit the Go Program website
The first thing you need to do when trying to complete your Way2Go Card Florida login is visit the Go Program Way2Go Card website at www.goprogram.com.
Step 2 – Enter your FL Way2Go Card User ID
Once on the Go Program website, enter your FL Way2Go User ID in the login section then click the green “Login” button.
Forgot your FL Way2Go Card User ID?
If you have forgotten your Way2Go Card Florida User ID, click this link to recover your User ID information. You will be asked to provide your 16-digit Florida Way2Go Card Number and 3-digit CVV. Please have that information ready.
Step 3 – Enter your Way2Go Florida Password
Next, enter your Way2Go Florida Password and click the green “Login” button. If successfully logged in, you will be take to your Way2Go Card Florida homepage. You will be able to view your current Florida unemployment benefits balance and recent transaction history.

How to Create a Florida Way2Go Card Account
To access your Florida Reemployment Assistance benefits payments online, you must first create an account if you do not already have one. Follow the instructions for help setting up your Way2Go Debit Card Florida online account.
Step 1 – Visit the Go Program website
The first thing you need to do when creating a FL Way2Go Card account to access your unemployment payments is to go to the Go Program Way2Go Card website at www.goprogram.com.
Step 2 – Register your Account
Once on the Way2Go Card homepage, click the “Register your Account” button below the login.
Step 3 – Enter your FL Way2Go Card Information
You will be taken a new page where you will be asked to enter your 16-digit Florida Way2Go Debit Card number. Additionally, you will be asked to provide your 3-digit CVV located on the back of your Way2Go Card Florida. Once complete, click the green “Continue” button.

Step 4 – Verify your Identity
Once you have entered the correct card information, you will be required to verify who you are. To do this, you will be asked to provide your:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Valid Email Address
Once you have successfully provided this information, click the green “Continue” button.
Step 5 – Create your Way2Go Florida Login Information
Next, you will be able to setup the login information that you will use to gain access to your FL Way2Go Debit Card account. Please create your User ID and Password.
Your User ID must consist of 6 to 8 alphanumeric characters (letters and/or numbers). Your Password must be 8 to 16 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) and include all of the following:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- One or more numbers
When complete, you can move on to the last step in the account creation process.
Step 6 – Select your Security Questions
The last and final step when creating your Florida Way2Go Card account is to set your account security questions. These will be used to regain access to your account, should you ever lose or misplace your login information.
When complete, you should be taken to a confirmation page. Congratulations! You have now successfully registered your online Florida Unemployment Debit Card account. You can now view your reemployment assistance benefits and unemployment balance, payments and transaction history online.

Way2Go Debit Card Florida Balance Check Instructions
There are three ways to access your current Florida Way2Go Debit Card balance – online, in-person, and by phone.
In addition to your current unemployment benefits balance, you can also view your recent transaction history for your Florida Unemployment payments.

Option 1 – Online via Go Program Website
The quickest and easiest way to check the balance on your Florida Way2Go Card is online via the Go Program website.
Once you are logged into your Way2Go Card Florida online account, you will be able to check your current balance.
If you do not have online access, but want to know the balance of your Florida reemployment assistance benefits, there are two other options available for checking your card balance.
