The first thing you need to do when logging into your online unemployment account is visit the ReliaCard website at www.usbankreliacard.com.
Once on the website, enter your 16-digit ReliaCard User ID and Password Information. Afterwards, click the blue “Login” button to be taken to your Unemployment Debit Card online account.

If your ReliaCard has been blocked due to potential fraud, there are two ways you can unblock your account – by phone or computer. You can use either method to submit the requested verification documentation to unblock your ReliaCard account and access your unemployment funds.

The quickest way is to use your mobile device to log in to verify.usbank.com/id. Then, upload a picture of your government-issued ID and a selfie. They’ll verify your identity and remove the block within one to two business days.
You may also remove the block on the cardholder website.
It may take up to five business days to unlock your account by uploading your documents via the cardholder website. If your card is still blocked after 5-business days, please try uploading your verification documents again.
Currently, ReliaCard for unemployment benefits does not have an account or routing number. The issuing bank, U.S. Bank is the only source that can load funds onto your ReliaCard.
