www.eppicard.com is the main website for 23 states participating in the program, including Texas, Nevada, FL Eppicard programs. This is the site you will go to if you want to check the balance on your eppicard, login to your account, review transaction history, change your address, request a new card or replacement card, get customer service information and updates about your card. EPPICard Customer Service

You can get information about how to contact a live person by either checking the back of your card or going to the website and locating that information. It is very hard to get customer service on the phone, so you should visit our special page created to provide tips on how to get a live person on the phone to answer your questions. EPPICard Login

You  can login to your account through this website and check your account history, balance information, pending transactions, settled transactions. Here is an example of how to login to your account using the EPPICard Florida Login.

Step 1. Locate Your State

When you go to the website, find your state in the listing. Once you select your state, you should see a screen like the one below:

Step 2: Enter Your Username and Password

Enter your username and password to login. If you have forgotten your username, you will need to use the “Forgot User ID?” link to retrieve your user ID. You will be required to enter your card number and CVV information at the back of the card. The page will look like the one below:

Avoid EPPICard Scams

The cards have been target of scams and fraud recently and state governments and the Eppicard administrator have all issued warnings to consumers and users about protecting their card information. If you receive an email you do not recognize, call the toll free number to speak with a customer service agent to make sure you received an email directly from the EPPICard program. Most phishing emails look like the ones in the image below, which will say things like “Important Customer Information” or “Urgent Issue with your card”:
